This is one of a series of murals that was created for the pediatric wing of Mid Island Dental in Hicksville, N.Y. They commissioned her to create soothing and relaxing environments for patients, while at the same time expressing Long Island pride that appealed to both children and adults. The project, which consisted of 15 murals, covered over 1,100 square feet of wall space. This painting is a scene from the Jones Beach Boardwalk.
