This is one of a series of murals that were created for the pediatric wing of Mid Island Dental in Hicksville, N.Y. They commissioned her to create soothing and relaxing environments for patients, while at the same time expressing Long Island pride that appealed to both children and adults. The project, which consisted of 15 murals, covered over 1,100 square feet of wall space. This painting illustrates a rock concert at the Jones Beach Theatre at dusk, during a simultaneous firework display. Also, included in this painting are headliner acts from the annual Jones Beach Air Show.
Acclaimed artist and master muralist, Bonnie Siracusa has created and exhibited her own art, as well as she has been commissioned to paint several murals for residential and commercial clients in the greater NY area.
